He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Tomlins of Hopewell Jct, Rachel Tomlins of Hopewell Jct and Mary Tomlins of Hopewell Jct; his significant other Dorothy Sprague of Roseboro, NC; and his brother Michael Cservak (Tammy).
