He is survived by: his wife Judith Cooper (Rice); his children, Alexis Reyes (James) and Jeffrey Cooper (Meghan); his grandchildren, James, Ella, Stella, Jeffrey and George; his siblings, Suzanne Kinsley (Charles), Hillary Cox (William), James Cooper II (Mellie) and John Cooper (Mary); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
