She was predeceased by: her parent George Hammond. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Davidson Hammond; her spouse Donald C. "Mike" Thew, Jr.; her daughters, Karen Bain (James) of New Milford and Robin Thew of Millbrook; her siblings, Betty Scagnelli (Carlo) and William Hammond; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Bain and Taylor Stivali. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
