Francis J. Farrell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis J. Farrell (Wappingers Falls, New York), born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine V. Raffaele; his son Francis J. Farrell, Jr.; his brothers, Robert Farrell, Richard Farrell of Carrolton, GA, Roger Farrell and Eugene Farrell; his father Bud; and his grandfather Bud.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Raymond (David) of Cary, NC, Lori Tierney (Michael) of Monroe, NC and Bonnie Keenan (Patrick) of Punta Gorda, FL; his grandchildren, Danielle Lee (Daniel), Dr. Diana Hill (Chris), Megan Tierney, Matthew Tierney, Patrick Keenan II and Michael Keenan; and his close friend Anna Ciccone Shields. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
