It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erwin H. Schaefer (Wappingers Falls, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 13, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Schaefer. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Grasser Schaefer; his brother Otto Schaefer (Carol) of Wappingers Falls; his nieces and nephews, John Schaefer, Michael Schaefer (Drita), Laurie Kowalski (Ed), Lisa Gilmore (John), Emily, Abigail, Sabrina, Marie, Andrew, Genevieve, Tyler, Karleigh, Kourtney, Isabella and Sophia; and his friends, Joan Carlson and Susan Carlson.

Memorial donations in Erwin's name may be made to Mount Alvernia Retreat Center, PO Box 858, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
