She was predeceased by: her parents, Margit Verbovszky and Dezso Verbovszky; her former spouse Ferenc Tasnady (Frank); her husband Michael "Feri" Forgo; her daughter Emese Tasnady (Meshy); and her brother Dezso.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen and Karol; her daughter-in-law Mary Jo; her grandchildren, Ferenc (Maggie) and Erin Breidenstein (Peter); her great grandchildren, Layne, Landry, Rex, Avery and Eve; her cousin Rudy Sekely; her niece Zsuzsa Verbovszky; and her nephew Peter Verbovszky.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home (55 E Main St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (11 Clinton St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590).
