He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Albert and Victoria Powers (Thivierge); his brother Gary W. Powers; and his parents-in-law, Lily and Winfred Bloom.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Nikki) of Wappingers Falls and Jeffrey (Sarah) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Steven, Franklyn, Charlie, Aubrianna, Simeon and Isaac; and his sisters-in-law, Kathryn Gross (Larry) and Debby Powers. He is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
