She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena McKelligott and John McKelligott. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her children, Carolyn Mills (Joe) of Newark, John Wise (Rita) of Panama City, David Wise of Wappingers Falls, Twila Dozier of Panama City, Megan Jones (Michael) of Millington, Joseph Mills (Noelle) of Milton and Cameron Mills (Brooke) of Wilmington, Delaware.; her great grandchildren, Justin, Joshua Dozier (Twila), Georgia, Felicity, Elliot Jones (Megan), Hazel and Emma Mills (Joseph); and her sister-in-law Marion McGowan of Mechanicsville, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to the Lunch Box of Dutchess County.
