He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Jack; and his brother Robert Jack. He is survived by: his parent Veronica Reimuth Jack; his children, Brian Jack (Tara), Nathan Jack (Kendra), Alexis Jack and Lee Jack; his siblings, Georgianna Arnesen, Patricia Jack, Timothy Jack and Leo Jack; his mother-in-law Shirley Saunders; and his grandchildren, Ava, Dylan, Cole, Owen, Madison, Cameron, Angela, Alisha, Elizabeth, Daviann, Bryson, Destiny, Gianna, Ashlee and Briana. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
