In the sacred silence of farewell, Phyllis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Phyllis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph; her children, Donna Keene (Brad) and Joseph (Linda); her grandchildren, Daniel (Fang-Yi), Julia and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Madison, Max and Felix; and her son Bedford Ave.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clair's. Bartholomew & Son, Inc. (302 Bedford Ave, Bellmore, NY 11710). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Barnabas R. C. Church (2320 Bedford Ave, Bellmore, NY 11710). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Long Island National Cemetery (2040 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
