It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Barrett Sr. of Wantagh, New York, born in Jamaica, New York, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Barrett and James Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Patti, Maria, Jimmy, Deirdre and Erin Lee; his grandchildren, Zachary, Samantha, Drew, Sierra, Payton, Piper, Parker, Kaelyn and Mateo; and his great grandchild Harley.

Jim's family would appreciate donations in honor of his granddaughter, Payton Holtkamp.
