“I was so sad to hear about the passing of Dr. Gallagher. I had the pleasure of working with him while he was a fellow in Miami. and we stayed in touch ever since. He invited me to speak at conferences in Daytona Beach and I last saw him at FAME in July. He was one of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met. He always messaged me every holiday, & it became a tradition. I will miss him, but it's also nice to know that he is still helping others, even after death. Love Liz Zaney & family”

“In loving memory of Doctor Tim Gallagher, He was a man of Many wonders, intelligent, funny, and a friend for life. While living in Birmingham, we became a group of friends who loved one another and Tim was our glue who kept us on our toes. He will be sorely missed, but knowing his selfless act in the end, he will live on in others. We miss and love you and be sure Sandra will be surrounded with our love ❤️‍🩹”
