We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2021, at the age of 78, James E. Hoover of Walton, New York, born in Stamford, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Kenneth and Irene Hoover (Witner); and his brother Rollin. He is survived by: his former spouse Caleb Kimpton; his wife Lynn; his daughter Rebecca (Caleb); and his sisters, Barbara, Charlotte and Noel.
