He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Walley); his children, Amanda Oliver (Ryan Fletcher) of Sidney, Jeremy Roach (Emily) of Walton, James Roach, Jr. (Christine Winner) of Walton and Tiah Morales (Ruben) of Endwell; his grandchildren, Aryanna (Junior), Garret, Aiden, Gabriel, Mackenzie, Robert, Emma, Kylee, Mikel and Alyssa; his great grandchild Selena; and his sister Marlene Downing. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
