He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Elderkin and Hazel Elderkin (Yeomans); his sister Ruth; and his son Stephen Elderkin. He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen (Chris); his granddaughter Sally Silano (Vincen); and his great grandchildren, Evelynn, Christopher Pritchard, Averie, Maddie and Chrisopher Silano.
