It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Scherer of Walton, New York, born in Hamden, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Brazee and Bernice Brazee (Brandt); her husband Norman R. Scherer; and her brothers, Charles Brazee and Norman Brazee.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Scherer (Nancy), Connie Swartwout (Zook) and Denise Nagel (John); and her grandchildren, Chad Swartwout (Rachel), Chris Scherer (Casey), Nathan Swartwout (Amanda), Megan Dail (Jonathan) and Nicole Nagel (Josh). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
