He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Goggin and Clara Goggin (Phillips); and his niece Kathleen Goggin-Javenes. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Tracey Rohl of Modena, Erin Holmes (Joel) of Plattekill, Courtney Goggin of Plattekill, Christopher Goggin of Plattekill, Andrew Goggin of New Windsor and Kerrin Goggin (Melissa) of Milford, PA; his siblings, Edward Goggin (Ellen) of Stony Point and Maureen Goggin of Fort Lee, NJ; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Nicholas, Jarred, Ciarra, Noelani, Natalie and Shawn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
