He was predeceased by: his father Patrick J. Buckley. He is survived by: his mother Mary Buckley (King); and his siblings, Patrick J. Buckley (Eileen) of Wallkill, Michael Buckley and Maureen Cummins of Binghamton, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas's name can be made to the Food Bank of Hudson Valley, 195 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, 12520.
