He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gunsett and Florence Goodemote; his daughter Tara Earley; and his brothers, Elwood and Walter Gunsett.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Gunsett; his son Cliff Gunsett (Stephanie Gunsett); the mother of his child Florence; his grandchildren, Matt Earley, Dylan Gunsett and Leah Gunsett; his nephew Phiip Gunsett; his cousins, Danita Curry, Donna Maszczyk, Bill and Lisa Thompson; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Kathy Troseth; his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Raymond Quinn; his nieces and nephews, Jill DeRobertis (Chris), Nicholas Troseth (Kristen), Kelly Quinn, Casey Quinn (Catie) and Kyle Quinn; and his friend Kim Zgrodek.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc. (481 Gidney Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). The military honors was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
