It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger A. Rascoe of Wallkill, New York, born in Lyon Mountain, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rascoe and Marie Rascoe. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Sawyer); his children, Barbara Fotopoulos (Leo), Renée DeGroat (Kevin), David Thomas and Adrienne Rascoe; his grandchildren, Nicole, Kraig, Leo, Abreeanna, George, Andrew, Avery, Reagan and Carter; his great grandchild Zane; his siblings, Bill Rascoe (Mary), David Rascoe (Tina), Gloria Trombley (Carl), Carolyn LaFountain (Peter) and Joanne Rascoe (Anna); his close friends, Neil Trombley and Jason Rascoe; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Joray (Wayne), Betsy Bain (Jay) and Susan Jackowski (Frank). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shawangunk Valley Fire Department, 2150 Bruynswick Road, Wallkill, NY 12589 or donations to the American Legion Post 1034 for the Hometown Hero Project, P.O. Box 713, Wallkill, NY 12589.
