He is survived by: his brothers, Timothy, Dennis, William and Christopher; his children, Colleen Carnazza (Joseph), Richard F. O'Keefe III (Terrie Jo), Julie Ann Elmore, Jennifer Anne O'Keefe (Jason) and Timothy O'Keefe; his grandchildren, Melissa Clancy, Shaelynn O'Keefe, Grace Elmore and Tucker Elmore; and his stepgrandchildren, Gregory, Colby and Nathan.
