He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Leary and Thelma Nash Leary. He is survived by: his sons, Scott M. Leary (Tammy) and Michael A. Leary; his grandson Zachary Leary (Lindsey); his sister-in-law Carol Cotton; and his nephews, Chris Cotton and Mark Cotton (Laura).
