It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Blatter Sweitzer of Wallkill, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Edouard Blatter and Doris Blatter (Herdman); her husband Steven G. Sweitzer of Wallkill, NY; her children, Audrey Mossl of Wallkill, NY and Conrad Mossl of Cambridge, MA; her sister Carol; her brother-in-law John Kokas of Marbletown, NY; her brother Jeffrey Blatter of Mt. Marion, NY; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon, John Edouard, Maggie, Bryanna and Valerie.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in Jean's name be made to the Community Room Renovation Fund at Redeemer Lutheran, the Sparrow's Nest General Fund to support families battling cancer, or your local adult literacy or pet rescue groups.
