He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Stegall and Ethel K. Stegall (Agnew); and his wife Janice E. Stegall (O'Boy). He is survived by: his children, Scott B. Stegall of Wallkill and Beth J. Melfe (Richard) of Wallkill; his grandchildren, Kyle, Shane Melfe, Kristie and Travis Stegall; and his great grandchild Jasaii. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
