He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Jeannette M. Emigh (Foley); his daughter Ashley Kelly of Kingston; his siblings, John J. Papo (Nancy) of Wallkill and Shonda Foley of Highland; and his goddaughter Jordan Papo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
