He was predeceased by: his parents, Faustino Santana and Rosa Santana (Mojica). He is survived by: his wife Lydia Santana (Toro); his children, Ismael Santana, Jr. (Erica Canete) of Wallkill and Yolanda Santana of Wallkill; his grandchildren, Richard, Priscilla, Cristian and Milana; and his great grandchildren, Richard, Xavier, Kaleah, Jonah and Roselynn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
