He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Cebrian and Marta Cebrian (Otero); his grandparents, Silvio and Elizabeth Cebrian of Wallkill; his children, Adrian Cebrian of Wallkill, Juliana Cebrian, Veronica Cebrian and Anneli Cebrian of Wallkill; and his sisters, Jessica Reece of Queens, Amanda Cebrian of Wallkill, Rebecca Cebrian and Brittany Cebrian of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
