He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Curtis and Mary Lewis Curtis; his daughter Natalie Susan; his siblings, Charles, Dorothy, Mary Jane, William and John; and his pets, Chip, Babe, Spanky and Wobbles.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. of Wallkill, NY; his daughters, Suzanne Henderson (William), Dawn Marie Kinsley (Brian), Michelle Greco (Frank), Tami Mazzerelli (Mark) and Jodi Lee Casillo (Anthony); and his sister Barbara Jean Revior. He is also survived by Six Grandsons, Seven Granddaughters, Five Great Grandchildren.
