He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedetto Vincenzo and Elisa Di Vincenzo; his wife Mary; his brother Angelo Di Vincenzo; his brothers-in-law, Salvatore Margarone, Vincenzo Recchutti and Bob Lufrano; and his friends, Dolores Mazzoni and Peter Mazzoni.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Di Vincenzo (Laura), MariaElisa Di Vincenzo and Carla Annabel; his grandchildren, Dominick Annabel and Julia Annabel (Benjie); his sisters, Dora Recchutti and Linda Lufrano; his sisters-in-law, Sue Di Vincenzo and Patricia Margarone; his close friend Andrew Mazzoni; and his friends, Bob Garrison, Bill Mastro and Mario Alonzo. He is also survived by cousins; nieces; nephews; great nieces and nephews; two great-great nephews.
