She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hlavacek and Bertha Benes Hlavacek; her siblings, Robert Hlavacek and Dorothy Hlavacek; her former husband Clarence Hardick; and her nephew John Hlavacek (Joan Weed).
She is survived by: her children, Louis Hardick, Ronald Hardick (Linda), Michael Hardick and Patricia Westridge (Steven); her grandchildren, Malinda, Heather (Bryan), James, Jessica (Jordan), Staci, Anthony (Ashley), Shawn, Deborah (Andy), Nicole (Wayne), Patrick and Andrew (Mary); her great grandchildren, Izaiah, Jailyn, Christopher, Isabella, Dominick, Niko, Enzo, Ana, Wyatt, Matthew, Ayden, Bella, Emma and Wayne; and her brothers, Louis and Gerard. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and also great-nieces and nephews.
