He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Rogers and Thomas Rogers; his brother Thomas; and his sons-in-law, Edward Maier and Christopher Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline J. Rogers of Walden, NY; his children, Richard (Ursula) of Raleigh, NC, Karen Anderson of Milford, PA, Colleen Maier of Montgomery, NY and Cathy Fay of Raleigh, NC.; his granddaughters, Samantha, Alexis, Morgan Maier, Casey, Michaela Lawlor, Madelyn McKinney, Caroline and Annika Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Henry Martin, Brady Craig and Rylynn Seeley.
