He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Boat and Helen Boat; his sister Patricia Stuhmer; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Boat. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Baldwin Boat; his brother Donald Boat of Gardiner; his brother-in-law Donald Baldwin (Nancy) of Walden; his cousins, Theresa Hallock of Walden, NY and Wesley Boat of California; his nieces, Lisa (John Giannino) and Donielle (Duke Lake); his great-niece Alannah; his great-nephew Sean Giannino; his sister-in-law Marie Terwilliger; and his friend Joyce Perry.
