She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elwood and Keturah Decker Elwood; and her son William C.. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Williams, Sr.; her children, Robert Williams, Jr. of Port Jervis, Lawrence J. "Jim" Williams of Walden, Hope Marie Mullen of South Carolina and Patrician Ann Dunn of Tenn; and her brothers, Ronald Starr of Bloomingburg, William Starr of Walker Valley and Michael Starr of Pine Island. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
