She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Perkosky and Irene Perkosky (Anderson); her husband Peter Booker; and her nephew Chris Seger. She is survived by: her cousins, Jeff Nesler (Lisa), Larry Nesler (Trish) and Stephen Nesler (Ruth); her siblings-in-law, Susan Blanchette and John Booker (Joan); her niece Jean Seger Kusy (Richard); and her close friend Carol Wogenrich.
