He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carmine, Josephine, Patricia and Anna. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Montanaro and Saveria "Vera" Peppitone Montanaro; his children, Robert Vergona (Pam) of Texas, Marion Cotter (Robert) of Ohio and Jennifer Vergona (Mike Ford) of Walden; and his sister Diana VanHorn of Florida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
