He is survived by: his children, Chris (Kelli) of Canandaigua, NY, LeRoy "Rick" (Gail) of Santa Cruz, CA, John (Suzy) of Harrisburg, NC, Dennis Dahms (Sharon) of Cedar Falls, IA, Kate Hoornbeck-Northup (Jack) of Walden, NY, Ann Hoornbeck of Walden, NY and Helen Herbert (John) of Walden, NY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
