She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Zambito, and Justine Mingolla Zambito, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Woliver; her son Michael Kukys (Minna) of Wallkill; and her siblings, Philip Zambito, Jr. of Otisville and Arlene Kintz (Thomas) of Otisville. She is also survived by aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
