It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Conklin (Walden, New York), who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennifer Conklin to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her mother Nellie; her siblings, Jim and Doreen; her nieces, Cassandra and Riley; and also Tracy.
Also, would like to include a special thanks to Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall hospital staff for providing the care Jennifer needed during her battle with CoVid-19.
