He is survived by: his parents, Patrick D. Sr. Fortune and Jacqueline B. Fortune (Novak); his son Isiah Fortune; his brother Daniel Hayes (Patrick Fortune, Jr.); his girlfriend Celi Bello; and his nephews, DJ and Sterling Hayes of Walden. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
