He is survived by: his wife Joan Schaffner of Walden, NY; his children, Joan Hulce (Jeff) of Linden, Eric Schaffner (Nancy) of Wurtsboro, NY and Kurt Schaffner (Kim) of Lafayette, IN; his daughter-in-law Dawn Schaffner of Port Jervis, NY; his grandchildren, Bridget, Kurt Jr., Matthew, Sara, Eric, Carlie, Andrew and Aaron; and also Gregory. He is also survived by many Great grandchildren.
