He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Kaminski and Stefania Gladiczewska Kaminski; and his wife Yolanda M. Kaminski. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Kaminski and Tony Kaminski; and his sister-in-law Norma Kaminski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's memory to the People to People Fund.
