He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest A. Miller, Sr. and Dorothy Rollison Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Miller of Walden, Darlene Carroll and Ronald Miller (Laurie) of Bullville; and also Dave Scott of Maybrook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
