He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dorothy Clarke, Doris Wilson (Robert), Patricia Murray (William), John Clarke (Dell) and Donald Clarke Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Irwin (Bea), Jack (Nancy), William Sr., Robert and Harold Tompkins (Beverly).
He is survived by: his children, David Clarke (Dawna) of Maybrook, NY, Cindy Costello (Timothy) of Pine Bush, NY, Lisa Mulqueen (John) of Montgomery, NY and Anna McGowan (Stephen) of Walden, NY; his grandchildren, Joseph, Evan, Shea Clarke, Alyssa DeJong, Kaitlyn, Brooke and John Mulqueen; and his siblings-in-law, Settimia "Chip" Clarke of Exeter, PA and Barry Tompkins (Sandra) of Scranton, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
