She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Smith and Aldea Smith (Adam Garrett); her sons, Nicholas Garrett of Walden, NY and Brett Garrett of New Richmond, WI.; her sister Deborah Lambert; and her siblings-in-law, Kenny, Intira Garrett and Shaun Garrett (Tisha). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, an co-workers.
