He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore MacKay and Sarah McGlynn MacKay; and his brother John. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael T. MacKay (Molly) of Hastings, Eileen Garofalo (Andrew) and Theresa Lefebvre (Roger) of Walden, NY. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
