Velazquez Sr. (Elizabeth); his mother-in-law Evangelina Elvir; his siblings, Aaron M. Velazquez (Darrene Zanolini) and Sienna J. Rahman (Adilur); his niece Eliana Velazquez; and his grandparents, Harold and Elodie Johnson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
