He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Brown and Marjorie Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Nita M. Raimondo Brown; and his sister Dorothy "Sissy" Crane (Michael) of Charlotte. He is also survived by twenty-one nieces and nephews.
