He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Sargeant (David), Ann Shaw (William) and Michele Bookbinder (Mark); his brothers, Walter and David Fucito; his grandchildren, Melissa Haley, Ian Shaw, Michael Shaw and Emma Bookbinder; his great grandchild Charlotte Haley; and also Michael.

A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
