He was predeceased by: his parents, William Louie and Pauline Louie; and his wives, Lori J. Louie and Janet F. Louie. He is survived by: his sisters, Shiela and Julie; his children, Christopher Louie and Christina Bailey; his granddaughters, Aylvia and Nadalie Louie of Waddington; his stepchildren, Bridget, Andrew Grant and Christal Morgan; and his stepgrandchildren, Austin Grant, Calub, Katlynn, Collin Morgan, Estrella, Christian Moreno, Monica Jones and Alexis Jones.
