He was predeceased by: his brother David E. Talarico; his brother-in-law David Cotter; and his parents, Joseph Talarico and Evas C. Talarico (Guthrie). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Talarico of Waddington, NY; his children, Joseph Talarico of Vancouver, WA and Michelle (Bill Favreau); his stepchildren, Christine, Larry Dufore of Ogdensburg, NY, Ron and Shannon Ghize of Red Mills, NY; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jake Talarico, Grace, Shane Favreau, Claire Dufore, Caleb and Olivia Ghize; his sister Mary Cotter of Norwood, NY; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Talarico of Massena, NY; and his aunt Rosealma Bourdon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
